Business Description
For those of you who don't know who we are, the Fairservice Family & Co. moved to Ibiza in 2009 and have set up an Estate Agents in Santa Eulalia called Limehouse Ibiza.
As well as selling apartments and villas, we are here to help find accommodation for you if your planning on doing the summer season in Ibiza.
We have all experienced doing the summer season for a number of years so we know the stresses of finding accommodation.
If you would be interested in us helping you, register your interest with us through this group.
What we will need from you is details of price, area, how many people and your basic needs. For people coming out after May it can be quite difficult to find somewhere to stay as most places have been taken by then, this way you are guaranteed a place to stay in Ibiza for the summer.
There will be a finder’s fee for properties we sort out for you, but what we are aiming to do is, the day you arrive you can move in to the place that we have found for you, cutting out costs of staying in hotels while searching for somewhere to live.
So, when we get photo's of apartments that are available for summer 2010, we will post them on this group along with prices for rent and finder's fees etc.
